This project is a new three-story affordable housing building in Toms River, NJ. The facility includes 85 affordable senior housing apartments with individual kitchens, bathrooms, and storage areas as well as public common spaces and utility spaces. This 75,000 SF masonry and concrete building's floor plan is unique in its shape for affordable housing.
