This project includes the renovation and additions to an existing continuing care retirement community in Manchester, NJ. The renovations and additions include a new indoor pool room with lockers, a new café with servery, billiard rooms, art & craft rooms, a fitness center and other amenities. The total scope of work includes approximately 29,700 SF.
